Get ready before the season begins. The VWBA Preseason Basketball Clinics are designed for competitive middle school boys and girls with prior basketball experience who want to enter the season confident, prepared, and ahead of the competition.

Led by elite player development coach Victor Williams, these small-group sessions focus on the skills, habits, and basketball IQ. Every workout is built to help athletes sharpen their game.

What You’ll Work On

• Ball handling under pressure

• Shooting consistency and game-speed repetition

• Finishing at the rim

• Decision-making and basketball IQ

• Footwork, balance, and change of pace

• Defensive positioning and on-ball defense

• Confidence, competitiveness, and mental preparation
